Referral Programs
Newly Destined’s Referral Programs are designed to connect individuals with the specialized support services needed to overcome barriers and build long-term stability. Through partnerships with treatment providers, community organizations, and outreach initiatives, we help connect individuals to substance abuse treatment, mental health services, job training opportunities, housing assistance, and case management support. Our goal is to ensure every individual has access to the resources, guidance, and support systems needed to move forward toward recovery, independence, and stable housing.

Substance Abuse Treatment Referral Program
Provides referrals to addiction treatment services and support groups for clients struggling with drug or alcohol issues, in addition to their shelter needs.
Community Resource Referral Program
Offers referrals to additional community resources such as mental health services, job training programs, and housing assistance, with a focus on those affected by substance use and previous incarceration.
Outreach Event Referral Programs
Hosts targeted outreach events for individuals with substance use challenges or those recently released from jail, providing immediate access to shelter resources and tailored case management referrals.
